If you said yes to any of these and want support with prioritizing self-care, the Self-Care Support Circle is for you.
These sessions help address self-sabotage and release old patterns that keep us stuck using EFT Tapping and other mind-body modalities. It is a supportive group that meets virtually via Zoom.
EFT/Tapping is a mind-body stress reduction modality that allows you to release emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and more.
You are welcome to attend the sessions as often as you'd like for ongoing support with stress or other barriers that get in the way of living a healthier and happier life.
