I specialize in working with stressed-out employees and women who soothe with food.


  • I support employees and/or organizations to prioritize self-care in order to reduce stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue. Busy professionals, especially those in the nonprofit sector, often struggle to find the time or energy to take better care of themselves. Creating an organizational culture of wellness can result in greater employee retention, more satisfied teams, and better outcomes for the communities being served. 
  • I also help busy, overwhelmed women to eat clean and stress less. This involves identifying and shifting the stuck patterns that are getting in the way of making healthier choices related to food and self-care.
